Each one of our team members have a background of advocacy for positive action in the community. The staff has created partnerships to generate change and empowerment for the Georgia citizen.
Our history
The leaders of the organization initiated the idea of this foundation in a late night brainstorming session five years ago. With the professional experience of the team, we knew that we could make a difference in the community - creating less disparity between citizens and helping to create a more talented workforce in Georgia.
Our mission
Our goal is to create partnerships in the community to assist in increasing opportunities for growth in the occupational/workforce development; creating strategies for career growth that will impact pay disparity across the state.
